One Project, One Goal: Raising Digital Citizens! 💡


“If the digital world is part of our reality, then we must learn how to behave in it.”


With this idea in mind, we embarked on a memorable 4-month eTwinning journey with our students. The main focus of our project: Digital Citizenship.

So, what did we do?


✨ We created AI-powered informative videos.

📚 We discussed key topics like cyberbullying, digital footprints, and internet ethics in class.

👨‍👩‍👧 Together with families, we prepared a “conscious screen time” agreement.

📱 We developed a mobile app to encourage healthy daily habits.

🧠 We supported learning through engaging STEM activities.

🎲 We collected traditional games from all partners to create a collaborative Traditional Games Book.


This project changed not only our students’ view of the digital world, but also impacted teachers and parents.

Digital citizenship is no longer just a concept—it’s becoming a way of life in our classrooms.

It is a great pleasure to come together with students and teachers for the digital wellbeing project.  We organized webinars to meet teachers and students. We made new friends, got to know new cultures and accelerated our steps in using the digital world beneficially. Family Seminar: "Digital Wellbeing and Digital Parenting"

As a psychological counselor, I find our project “Digital Wellbeing” very valuable. Children and parents are now deeply immersed in the digital world. Millions of people are asking the same questions: "Is technology truly beneficial, or is it harming our children?" What can we do to ensure that our children's digital habits are productive and healthy? Should I ban screen time altogether? How can I set healthy boundaries? How can I support their socialization? What can I do to strengthen the parent-child relationship? We had a meaningful conversation based on content that aimed to answer the questions that most occupy parents’ minds. Following my English presentation (Esra Dilara Tümöz), the content was translated into Turkish, Italian, and Albanian, and I believe it successfully addressed many of the parents' concerns.
