Digital Wellbeing – Our Journey, Our Victories!

As part of our participation in the international eTwinning project “Digital Wellbeing”, our team had the opportunity to explore important topics about how we use technology and how it affects our minds, bodies, and daily lives. From learning about screen time balance to discussing social media pressure, this project was an eye-opening experience for all of us.

We are proud to share two exciting highlights from our journey:

Best Project Logo – WE WON!

Our creative team designed a powerful and visually striking logo that was voted the Best Logo of the Project. The logo symbolized the balance between technology and mental wellbeing, with vibrant digital circuits forming a colorful brain – reminding us that while tech is powerful, our minds come first.

Kahoot Quiz Champion – We Won BOTH Parts!

To test our knowledge about digital wellbeing, we took part in a fun and challenging Kahoot quiz organized with our international partners. Our team participated in both Part 1 and Part 2 of the quiz — and won first place in both sessions

This was not just a game; it was proof that we truly understood the topics we discussed and worked hard as a team.

 What We Learned:

  • That digital wellbeing means more than just reducing screen time — it’s about balance, awareness, and respect.
  • How to protect our privacy and use social media responsibly.
  • That learning can be fun, international, and competitive — in the best way!

We are proud of these achievements and grateful for the chance to work with amazing teachers and students from other countries. This project made us think deeply about our digital lives and gave us tools to create healthier habits in the future.
